Lubricants Interflon

These lubricants reduce friction more than ordinary lubricants. The unique technology enables

less lubrication of the machines, less use of energy and a longer lifetime of parts.

MicPol  technology has been developed by Interflon. Microscopic small nano particles are manufactured is such a way that they stick to the surface and therefore provide a smooth surface.

This technology leads to unique lubricants with extreme high performing grease and protection qualities. These Interflon products reduce friction more than ordinary lubricants while humidity and dirt hardly affect the lubrication.

LS1/2:

This grease has been engineered to increase service life of bearings, guides, sliding surfaces, joints and other open moving machine parts.

 

The advantages of this grease are:

  • Good adhesive
  • Very good sealing qualities
  • Suitable for high impact loads
  • Developed for vibrating and high impact shock movements

 

A few properties are:

  • Composition: mixture of mineral oils, calcium lithium complex thickener, additives and MicPol 
  • The colour is light brown
  • The density at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.94 g/cm3
  • Water resistant 1-90
  • To be used at a temperature between -20 and +120 degrees Celsius
  • Storage life is 4 years (if kept in sealed and original packaging)

 

MP 2/3:

This grease has been developed for general lubrication of amongst others bearings, open moving machine parts and transmissions, spindles, guidings, electric- motors and blowers.

 

The advantages of this grease are:

  • It repels water, dirt and dust
  • It protects against rust and corrosion
  • It stands up against high impact loads

 

A few properties are:

  • Composition: mixture of mineral oils, calcium lithium complex thickener, additives and MicPol 
  • The colour is light brown
  • The density at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.92 g/cm3
  • Water resistant 1-90
  • To be used at a temperature between -30 and +145 degrees Celsius
  • Storage life is 4 years (if kept in sealed and original packaging)

HT1200:

This grease has been developed for high temperatues for use in the industry and in the food processing industry. It eases assembly and disassembly and prevents parts from fixing or rusting.

 

The advantages of this grease are:

  • Suitable for use at temperatures till 1200 degrees Celsius
  • Good protection against corrosion
  • Safe for humans and environment

  •  Composition: mixture of mineral oils, inorganic thickener, additives and MicPol 
  • The colour is white
  • the density at 20 degrees Celsius is 1.11 g/cm3
  • To be used at a temperature between -20 and +1200 degrees Celcius
  • Storage life is 4 years (If kept in sealed and original packaging)

 

FIN25 Additive:

This grease has been developed for the improvement of almost all synthetic and mineral motor oils is almost all types of fuel, diesel, LPG and gas motors.

 

The advantages of this grease are:

  • More motor power at easier and more quiet running of the motor
  • Better cold start
  • Less wear

 

A few properties of FIN25 are:

  • Composition: mixture of mineral oils, additives and MicPol 
  • The colour is white
  • The density at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.92 g/cm3
  • To be used at a temperature between -20 and +150 degrees Celsius
  • Storage life is 3 years (if kept in sealed and original packaging)

Fin Super:

This lubricant has been developed as dry lubricant with MicPol  with very good cleaning, greasing and protecting qualities. It has penetrating properties and it repels water and dirt and greases better.

 

The advantages of this lubrication are:

  • Clean and dry lubrication
  • It repels water and avoids freezing
  • It removes and prevents rust
  • It does not stain

 

A few properties are:

  • Composition: mixture of mineral and vegetable oils, solvent, additives and MicPol , propellant propane, butane and isobutane
  • The colour is yellow brown
  • The density at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.85 g/cm3
  • To be used at a temperature between –43 and +170 degrees Celsius
  • Storage life is 4 years (if kept in sealed original packaging)

Fin Grease:

This lubricant has been developed as a lubricant to be used frequently in small and medium-sized enterprises, the industry, the food processing industry and many other industries.
